ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Dear Parents,

 Kindly download admission form and submit the filled up form to santoshisems.puri@gmail.com

Documents required for admission. ( scanned copy to be attached along with the form)

  1. Completely filled in downloaded admission form

  2. Aadhar card of the student and parents.

  3. Birth Certificate of the student.

  4. Two Pass port size photograph of the student and one pass port size photograph of parents

  5. Transfer certificate ( for classes above class-1)

  6. Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBS/SEBC).

  7. BPL card with income certificate (for free students)

Note:

  1. Installment facility available.

  2. Online payment available.

  3. Parents to come with students with above documents to the office for admission.
